These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications (the "Apps") developed and published by Maatli ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.
1. The Services
Maatli is a development house that creates a variety of in-house mobile applications. These Terms apply to all applications published by us. Specific apps may have additional terms presented to you within the app itself.
2. Accounts
To use certain features of our Apps, you may be required to create an account.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Security: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Rights: All content, features, and functionality of our Apps (including code, designs, and graphics) are owned by Maatli and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use our Apps to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe upon the rights of others.
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Apps.
5. Purchases and Payments
Some of our Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
- Payments: All charges are processed via the platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) from which you downloaded the app. Their terms and payment methods apply.
- Subscriptions: If our app includes a subscription, it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your account settings on the app store.
6. Third-Party Links
Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Maatli. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will ceased immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APPS AND THEIR PERFORMANCE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAATLI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APPS.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Apps after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
